Royal Contractors is a Sydney-based construction company specialising in the delivery of large-scale public spaces. With over a decade of experience across government and private sector contracts, the company had built a reputation for capability and reliability.
Yet the brand itself had not evolved, anchored by a logo that was more functional than distinctive. As competition increased and tenders grew more complex, the need became clear: a refreshed identity that would strengthen market perception and speak directly to the decision makers behind major projects.

A redefined look and feel.
The new identity introduces a refined design system
→ new fonts, colours, imagery and language
→ while keeping the essence of Fenn intact.
Confident, clean, and scalable.

The rebrand began by revisiting the company’s original mark, a block-like form created more than ten years ago. Rather than discarding it, we reimagined it as the foundation for a dynamic design system built on grids and modular structures, echoing both the scale and order of public construction.
Royal red and royal blue were reintroduced with greater depth and flexibility, forming a palette that is both bold and authoritative. The resulting identity is confident and contemporary, designed to resonate with key stakeholders and reinforce credibility in the tender process. Royal Contractors now has a brand system as robust and enduring as the public spaces it builds.
The visual and verbal system reflects precision, reliability, and purpose-driven outcomes. The result was a brand presence that exceeded expectations, accelerating the sales process and contributing to a higher-than-anticipated valuation. EduSpaces is proof that thoughtful branding delivers measurable business outcomes.
